Data sources

byanalytics only uses free, first-party data sources. We never buy or resell third-party SEO data.

Google Search Console

Connect once with Connect Google and choose the property for each site. We import up to 16 months of clicks, impressions, CTR and positions (queries, pages, countries and devices), then refresh the last days every night. Search Console data has a 2–3 day delay; charts stop at the last day with data.

URL Inspection

Uses the same Google connection. Every day we inspect your most important pages (top pages by traffic and by Search Console clicks) within Google's daily quota, and flag pages that are not indexed or lost indexing.

Bing Webmaster Tools

In Bing Webmaster Tools open Settings → API access, generate an API key and paste it into Data sources → Bing. We import search performance, inbound links and crawl issues.

PageSpeed Insights & CrUX

Enabled automatically. Every week we collect Chrome UX Report field data (LCP, INP, CLS at the 75th percentile) for your origin and Lighthouse lab scores for your most visited pages.

Cloudflare (optional)

Create an API token with Zone → Analytics → Read and paste it together with your Zone ID. We import requests, bandwidth, cache ratio and threats.

Google Analytics 4 (optional)

Choose a GA4 property after connecting Google. We import daily sessions, users and conversions so you can compare them with byanalytics.

Open PageRank (optional)

A free domain-authority score. It works without setup; you can add your own free API key for higher limits.

Built-in modules

These run on our side and need no connection:

  • Uptime — checks from every minute to every 15 minutes depending on the plan; incidents after two consecutive failures.
  • SSL & domain expiry — certificate inspection and RDAP lookups.
  • robots.txt & sitemap watch — daily snapshots and change history.
  • SEO crawler — byanalyticsBot crawls your pages, respects robots.txt and Crawl-delay, and computes the SEO Health Score.

Connection status

Every connector shows its status (Connected, Syncing, Error, Disconnected) and the last sync time. A failing connector never affects the others. If Google access is revoked, you get an alert and a Reconnect button.

Credentials (tokens and API keys) are stored encrypted and never shown again after saving.
